- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with KWD Manufacturing, Inc., San Antonio TX for procurement of Quick Engine Connect (QEC) Adapter Kits, P/N 200-450-1 and NIIN 01-504-4629, for the KC-130J Program. The Government does not own the specifications or drawings for the QEC Adapter Kits to provide to potential suppliers to support competition of this effort. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
