Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of FAR Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number N0001510023. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2005-38 dated December 10, 2009. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure the following items: 1)PX208_1000-PX208-00 PX208 BASE SYSTEM (WALK THROUGH METAL DETECTOR) QTY 2 2)PX208_1000-11363-00 PX208 ROLLER TABLE 1.0 METER QTY 4 3)OPERATOR TRAINING. 2 FOUR HOUR CLASSES FOR 8 STUDENTS PER CLASS 4)INSIDE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION The delivery date for the items will be 30 ARO. The FOB terms are "Destination" and Net 30. The vendor chosen will need to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). FAR provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition are as follows: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
