- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GovCon Inc. UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91QV1-09-C-0053, Modification P00004. Modification for replacement of window sashes, jambliners, and storm windows for NCO Qtrs (27 A&B and 28 A&B) at Ft McNair. This change order is necessary because the replacement of window components on Qtrs 27A&B and 28A&B at Fort McNair was not included when Qtrs 23A&B through 26A&B window components were replaced. The replacement of window components for these Qtrs (27 A&B and 28 A&B) is much needed; components has failed and inoperational.
