This noticeserves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will notbe issued.The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers.Question 1:Is the RFQ for this solicitation NND10342779Q a outright sale of New Surplus(NS) or outright sale of a Overhauled unit?Answer 1: The RFQ is for an operable unit. Whether it is new or overhauled isnt asimportant as if it is in serviceable condition and can be installed in the airplanewithout further work.
