Acquisition and installation of two large screen monitors into the Marine Corps Air Station, New River Memorial Chapel, that can both be connected by USB or Coax cable to a single PC or other media outputs. The screens need to be large enough to be easily seen and words read from the back pews. 1.1Background. The New River Air Station Memorial Chapel is used by every Squadron on station for training large groups, and we need to meet the multi-media needs. The Chapel also wants to provide contemporary worship, to include words to songs, video, and other multi-media projects to enhance the worship experience. 2.Tasks. Install, wire, and set-up two large screen monitors for use as multi-media in the MCAS NR Memorial Chapel. 2.1General Requirements. The monitors need to be able to be hooked up by USB to our laptop, so we can run programs, slide, and video on the monitors. We need both monitors to show the same thing at the same time, so we need the ability to hook them up individually as well as both on a single USB. We also need to have the ability to do the same thing using Coax cable, so we can run them individually or together off a DVD player. The monitors need to be hooked up to our Sound System so we can hear what is on the screen. We want them mounted on the wood panels above the entrance doors on each side of the sanctuary stage - with a possible slight angle inboard. 2.2Contractor Services. Acquire, deliver, and install the two monitors, install wires and hook them up to our sound system.
