- Holiday Refrigerated Trailer Rental, Bangor, Fort Lewis, McChord AFB, Smokey Point, and Whidbey Island Commissaries. The Period of Performance will be various dates starting as early as October 6, 2010 through and ending January 21, 2011. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 8, 2010 with a tentative closing date of July 19, 2010. The anticipated award date will be August 1, 2010. This procurement is being issued on 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532120 and the business size standard is $25.5 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: AMDS (Carletha Windom), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
