- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis, to Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc., a quantity of three (3) flame sensors, three (3) heat sensors, and four (4) smoke sensors. As the original equipment manufacturer of the items to be procured, Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc. is uniquely qualified to fulfill this requirement. Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc. is located at 1915 Voyager Ave, Simi Valley, CA, 93063-3375. The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutes are not acceptable.
