- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for Compact Track Loader with accessories for the 188th Fighter Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, Red Horse Training Team. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential small business sources capable of providing the following (brand name or equal): 354-1231 CATERPILLAR 299C COMPACT TRACK LOADER 2 EA 299C CATERPILLAR TRACK LOADER BUCKET 2 EA 299C CATERPILLAR TRACK LOADER BLADE 1 EA 299C CATERPILLAR TRACK LOADER AUGER W/9" AND 12" BITS 1 EA 299C CATERPILLAR TRACK LOADER HAMMER 1 EA 299C CATERPILLAR TRACK LOADER TRENCHER 1 EA The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423810. The responses to this synopsis will be used to determine if the contemplated acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition or as a set-aside under small business set-aside. This sources sought synopsis is not a request for proposals; it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP). Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this sources sought request. Contractors who believe they possess the required expertise and experience shall submit two copies of their capabilities in writing to Rachael Parker, 4850 Leigh Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72903, or electronically to Rachael.parker@ang.af.mil.
