- RFQ 10HQQQ0119 is hereby amended to incorporate the following questions and answers: Question 1: When I quote a per stop price and there are three stops in a day, we would be paid for each of those individual stops even though they may be going to the same location, such as the examples that were given in the solicitation packet, correct? Answer 1: Not necessarily. If the requirement calls for three individual deliveries for the same location, at the same time, then you would only be paid for one stop. If the requirement is split and you have to make deliveries to the same location at different times (multiple trips) then you would be paid for each. Question 2: Are deliveries to be inside deliveries (directly to the specified contract) or are they taken to the receiving dock?Answer 2: Inside to a specific contact or office. There could be an occasional loading dock delivery, but that is not the norm for this service. Question 3: How many deliveries/pick-ups in one day?Answer 3: Normally 1-3 Question 4: How much is the contract worth now?Answer 4: USGS is unable to disclose this information as this would be in violation of the Procurement Integrity Act. Question 5: Do you require any cargo insurance or have specific requirements on limits of liability insurance?Answer 5: No Question 6: You require our messengers to be bonded, is there a specific amount?Answer 6: No. Question 7: The full quotation package for submission should include The Request for Quotation Form, the three page line items sheet plus the pricing schedule or just the pricing schedule? Additionally it should include narrative on technical capabilities and three references. Is this correct?Answer 7: Vendors must submit the RFQ three page line item sheet plus the pricing schedule filled in which is in the body the Statement of Work in the clauses section. Additionally, vendor shall also provide a narrative on their technical capabilities and three references. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
