(CAGE CODE 15860) Part Number AM1263, and The Boeing Company (CAGE CODE 77272) Part Number 114RS313-1. Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 159 Days ARO. This NSN is a Source Controlled and Critical Application, Quality Control Code is FCA which is a Higher Level Quality System which will apply to the manufacturer and/or both the manufacturer and dealer facilities if quoted by a dealer, End Item Description: HELICOPTER, CHINOOK, CH-47 AND AIRCRAFT MH-47E SPECIAL OPERATIONS AIRCRAFT. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock) and the contractor’s packaging facility shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Verification requirements in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. Solicitation will result in a Firmed Fixed Price Contract. This Request For Proposal (RFP) will be solicited as unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the quoted price for 333 each Bearing, Assembly, Spherical. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated Solicitation issue date is July 16, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
