- Performance Work Statement, 30 June 2010 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. ************************************************************************************** CONTRACT LINE ITEM 0001 - Buechel Library / Nonpersonal Services; Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, and transportation required to operate the branch library at Buechel Air Base, Germany in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Non personal service contracts are not appointments in competitive services and the contractor does not have the status of an independent contractor. An employee relationship does not exist.
