- PWS Solicitation Notice to Offerors The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and all other items necessary to provide service of replace distribution pumps, Bldg 726 at Sagamihara Family Housing Area, Kanagawa, Japan. And all other items and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions, and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
