- Description
- The Veterans Administration is seeking to award a single contract with multiple years to a contractor that can provide detailed Boiler Plant Program review at 8 Medical Center sites. Consultant shall review the following sites with fewer than 25 safety device deficiencies: Portland Oregon, Iron Mountain, MI, Wichita, KS, and Dallas, TX and shall review the following sites that had more than 25 safety device deficiencies Montrose, NY, St. Cloud, MN, Salem, VA and Fresno, CA. The purpose of these evaluations is to try to assess why certain sites have excellent Boiler Plant Operations Programs and how this information can be used to develop a national strategy to strengthen the Boiler Operations program nationally. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, travel related expenses and supplies necessary to conduct the assessment in compliance with the statement of work and the referenced attachment documents. The facility technical advisor is Mr Michael Reed Center for Engineering Occupational and Safety and Health (CEOSH). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330. The small business size standard is $4.5 Million. All potential offerors are requested to thoroughly review the instruction to offerors noted in the solicitation and respond to each evaluation factor completely by providing the requested information and documentation.
