Description
The project consists of removal, disposal, and replacement of a bituminous wear surface on six approached and bridge decks. Bridges 1-3 can be found by driving east on Hwy 89 approximately 7 miles, turn left onto Hwy 12, east on Hwy 12 approximately 11 miles to the East Fork, Tropic Reservoir Road #087. Two of the bridges are locate on this road. The other bridge is located just off of Road #087 below the Dam on Road #572. Bridge #4 can be located by continuing along Hwy 12 from the itnersection of Hwy 12 and the East fork Road #087 approximately 3 miles to the intersection of Hwy 12 and CR 1660 Johns Valley road, along CR 1660 approximately 10 miles to the intersection with the Tom Best Road #117, then west along Road #117 for 2 miles. Bridge #5 is located by continuing along Hwy 12 from the intersection of Hwy 12 and the East Fork Road #087 approximately 2 1/2 miles to the intersection of Hwy 12 and the Bryce Airpot Road, north on this road to the airpot entrance then take Road #298 for 3/4 of a mile. Bridge #6 is located south of Antimony just past the Antimony Cemetery then east on Road #30138 Antimony Bench for approximately 3 miles. Option (1): Bridge #7, from Panguitch south on Hwy 143 approximately 9 miles to the intersection with Hwy 143 and the Little Valley Road #082 north on Road #082 approximately 1/4 mile. Option (2): Bridge #8, continue along Hwy 143 from the intersection of Hwy 143 and Road #082 approximately 19 miles to the intersection with Road #081 Bunker Creek Road west on this road for approximately 1/2 mile. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps wiebsite at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 23, 2010.
