- The New Mexico Air National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of Combined Tool Kits (CTKs). This acquisition is reserved totally for Small Business concerns. The solicitation is available immediately on the Army Single Face Industry. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR is www.ccr.gov.
