- Description
- The El Paso VA Health Care System has a need for janitorial services at the Las Cruces, NM Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 1635 Don Roser Las Cruces, NM 88001. The Contractor shall provide daily coverage, after 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays) to include furnishing all labor, supervision, management support, equipment, supplies and materials to provide cleaning of treatment areas and administrative support offices at the CBOC, a 5,967 square feet facility. Period of performance will be October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewals thereafter. NAICS code is 561720 with small business size standard being $16.5M. Electronic solicitations will be available on FedBizOppz or about 7/23/2010 with responses due on or about 8/20/2010. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished.
