- This Presolicitation notice is provided to inform prospective Offerors of the upcoming Request for Quotations for Janitorial Services in the San Diego Sector, Border Patrol Headquarters area of operation. The actual RFP is expected to be published the week of July 19, 2010. This will be a performance based acquisition, and full proposals with plans of actions, key personnel, statements of work, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), management actions, communication requirements, supplies and all equipment to be provided by the Offeror based on a broad Statement of Objectives (SOO) provided by the Government. The Offeror will be expected to formulate an entire operational plan for these services. Site visits in order to understand the entire scope of operations will be mandatory and are expected on the following dates: July 26-29, 2010 and August 2-5, 2010 (subject to change). These site visits will not be reimbursable for travel or any other related expenses. Offerors not attending one of the dedicated site visit times (subject to change) will not be considered for this opportunity. RFQ/RFP actions will be published through this medium. This will be a SDVOSB set-aside requirement, not restricted to the local area. Tentative closing date for the RFP/RFQ, once published, is expected to be August 16, 2010.
