- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Intepro Systems America of Santa Ana, CA for the procurement of the upgrade and installation of the General Control Unit Test Stand (GCUTS) and APU Protection Unit to resolve obsolescence issues, add additional capability, and acquire additional data required to maintain the Test Set at the intermediate level. Training will be procured for two sites. Interim Spares to be procured include 3 each, Agilent Function Generators (HP33220A) and 3 each, Elgar Power Supplies (1503L-P). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not have the rights to current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
