Description: Requirement: retrofilling the Federal Pacific and Westinghouse Low Voltage (LV) power circuit breakers at the Big Bend Dam Powerhouse [Big Bend Dam Project; near Fort Thompson, SD]. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace three (3) electrically operated and thirty one (31) mechanically operated breakers with new modern circuit breakers and new circuit breaker compartmental functional components of a qualified design in the existing switchgear. The circuit breakers shall be fully compatible with the existing switchgear controls.
