Description
The United States Government seeks to lease professional class “A” fully serviced office space in Nashville, Tennessee. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). Public transportation must available within two (2) blocks of the offered space. On-site parking must be available for three (3) vehicles and a minimum of 60 public parking spaces must be available within one (1) block of the offered space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,461 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 6,488 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 5, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of the City of Nashville, TN: North Boundary: Briley Parkway/Highway 155 South Boundary: Woodmont Boulevard to Thompson Lane to Briley Parkway/Highway 551 East Boundary: Briley Parkway/Highway 155 West Boundary: White Bridge Road Preference will be given to buildings located inside the Central Business District of the City of Nashville. All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
