Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,200 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet of contiguous office and related space in a modern Class A office building in the Hadley/Amherst MA area. Below grade or basement space will not be considered. Space must be in a building capable of being altered to meet the Government's requirements. The building must meet the Government's standards for fire safety, be capable of being fully accessible to the physically challenged, and be located outside of a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utillities and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have the potential for efficient layout. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located in the area bounded by the Connecticut River on the West, Rt. 116 on the East, Mill Valley Road on the South and Rocky Hill Rd/Amity on the North. LEASE TERM: Lease term is (10) ten years; (7) seven firm. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Expressions of interest should inlcude building name and address, legal description, 1/8 inch scall drawing of space offered, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), method of measurement and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
