- PR NO: 0026446344. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. This solicitation is a Navy- Critical Safety Item (CSI), First Article Testing, Configuration Control and Critical Application requirements. The item being requested is Actuator, Electro-Mechanical, Linear. Total quantity being requested is 126 each. This solicitation is being issued with a 100% Option. The NSN is as follows: 1680-01-301-3260 with a 274 day delivery ARO. FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
