- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s)prepared inaccordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes theonlysolicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation willnot beissued. This synopsis/solicitation is set aside for small businesses undertheNAICS code of 423610 size standard of 100. Solicitation numberDE-RQ75-09SW90365 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Thissolicitationdocument and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effectthroughFederal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This acquisition is a 100% SmallBusinesSet-Aside.
