Description
This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070426. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332311, size standard 500 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following for a portable Surrogate village: (1) Container Set: consists of: (2) 45' High Cube Steel Shell; (5) 20' Steel Shell; Non-Skid Floor Paint; set-up; Electrical Grounding Rods; (2) sets Steel Stairs; (2) Landing & Hand Rails; Footings & Tie-Downs; 3' x 7' Doors; 3' x 3' Windows (Break away) (1) Contanier SET consists of: (1) 45' High Cube Steel Shell; Non-Skid Floor Paint; (5) 20' Steel Shell; (Non- Skid Floor Paint; set-up; Electrical Grounding Rods (2) Sets Steel Stairs; (2) Landing & Hand Rails; Footings & Tie-Downs;3' x 7' Doors (Break away) per door; 3' x 3' Windows (Break away) ****** Warranty service and maintenance within a 24 period as required.
