Description
1) Type of Notification: Sources Sought/Request for Information This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address, (c) point of contact, (d)"number of employees" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.101 and (e) the amount of "annual receipts" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19. In addition, the respondent must provide a capability statement that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for the service requirement described below. 2) Description: Non-personal service requirement for Headquarters Air Force Security Forces Center (HQ AFSFC) to develop a web-based Automated Requirements Process (ARP) application that will have similar capability as the web-based automated submission system, Capabilities Review and Risk Assessment (CRRA) in order to streamline the Security Forces Requirements process. The following is a brief summary and is not all inclusive: The Contractor will provide the means for authorized Security Forces (SF) users on.mil,.gov, or.edu domains to access the HQ AFSFC the Automated Requirements Process (ARP) and other information that supplements the content of ARP. The contractor will manage initial operation of the HQ AFSFC ARP web page and database as it is fielded, including updates, troubleshooting, programming, backups and design implementation, in close coordination with SF subject matter expert. The Contractor's primary role is to develop and maintain all aspects of the ARP web page with related tasks as secondary that may include database management, database application customizations, crystal report writing, and other reports as needed by the Information Technology office.
