Description

This is a notice of intent from U S Naval Hospital, Guam to issue a Sole-source purchase order to FEDERAL EXPRESS for transporting of medical supplies, medical equipments, laboratory specimens and govt documentations both inbounds and outbounds to multi-facilities in Hawaii, Japan, Okinawa and the United States. The determination not to compete this proposal purchase order has be made according to FAR 13.106(2) (b). FEDERAL EXPRESS pre-authorized U S Naval Hospital, Guam with a charge account for emergency requirements due to patient care. These urgency requirements must be delivered within twenty four (24) hours or less. Contractor will be responsible for picking up and deliver to the U S Naval Hospital, Guam. The Govt contemplates awarding a FIRM FIXED PRICE Purchase Order. The Contractor shall perform all ncessary actions to comply/meet U S Customs and Transportation National Security Regulations. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.
