Description
PR 0026641212, NSN 5895-01-470-6702, Synchronizer, Electrical. The sole approved source is Governors America Corporation, CAGE 0BXW5, P/N LSS400. Primary quantity is 136 each with no option. Incremental quantities of 100 each and 170 each will also be included. Terms will be FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination, delivery 70 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. Solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). The solicitation issue date is on or about August 13, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
