Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) PMA-265 intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source delivery order under the Raytheon Corporate Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-10-G-0006 to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) for the procurement of High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Command Launch Computers (CLCs). These computers provide the digital interface between the AN/AGM-88 HARM missile and the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft. The Government estimates procurement quantities at 58 units. The Government intends to negotiate the contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. RMS is the only known entity to possess the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, production tooling, facilities, engineering drawings, and technical data to manufacture the CLC and meet the production and schedule requirements associated with this procurement. The estimated award date for this contract is 27 April 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Note: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity. The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of this synopsis.
