Description
The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space consisting of approximately 6,135 rentable square feet. The space must be within the following delineated area: North: At the intersection of Interstate I-81North & I-481 continue south east East: I-481 south to intersection of County Road 92 South: I-481 intersects with I-81 South to County Road. 173, West Seneca Turnpike West: County Road. 173 continue north to County Road 80, Valley Drive north to South Geddes Street north to Bear Street West north to I-81 North to Intersection of I-81 & I-481 The space should yield a minimum of 5,335 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 5,601 BOMA office area square feet. Space may not be located on the ground floor. A total of 13 covered reserved parking spaces in the building are required. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, cancellable by the government after the initial 5 years upon 120 days written notice, and must be fully serviced. Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. The offered space must meet government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should include: 1. Building Name and Address 2. Rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
