FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT Lauren LiPera, Weapon System Manager, 410-417-2081 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine price and availability from potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement as follows. This is a market survey to locate sources who can provide-manufacture, deliver, and provide pricing for OE-254/GRC Antennas or an equivalent. The proposed product must be designed for use in all climates and terrains. Specifications: The antenna group is produced to Military Specification MIL-A-49204 and can withstand 90 mph winds without ice coating and 60 mph winds with 0.5 of radial ice coating the entire antenna and remain erect and operational. The antenna group is stowed in a transit bag and spare antenna elements, guy assemblies, guy plates, and stake assembly are included. Artwork detailing assembly and erection procedures and stowing instructions are included. Application: Ground-Based Communications Frequency Range: 30 to 88 MHz Impedance: 50 Ohms Nominal VSWR: 3.0 to 1 Maximum Polarization: N/A Pattern: Omni-Directional Connector: Type N Female Max Weight: 47 lb Maximum Max Height: 41.75 ft Approx RF Power Capacity: 350 Watts Continuous Gain: -3 dB over 30-88HZ Delivery Delivery is REQUIRED within 90 days after date of award. All responses must be detailed and explicitly showing equivalence to the requested product, specifications, and delivery dates listed above.
