- Description: High Speed Digital Camera Service and Support The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC) Joint Munitions & Lethality (JM&L) Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of The Energetics & Warheads Research & Development Division at ARDEC, is contemplating award of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) by the US Government. Interested sources should be capable of providing service and support for Phantom and Cordin high speed digital cameras used for evaluation of experimental munitions explosive and lethality characteristics. Interested sources must be fully qualified to service and support Phantom and Cordon cameras to be an approved source. The Government may enter into one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements as a result of this notice. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email only. Submittals and questions should be directed to the following point of contact: US Army Contracting Command, Attn. Jeremy Phillips, CCJM-JA, Bldg. 10, Picatinny, NJ 07806-5000, email jeremy.phillips6@us.army.mil. The Government will not be issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) because the instrument contemplated for award is a Blanket Purchase Agreement. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
