- General construction to preserve and restore exterior components and miscellaneous interior components of the historic Old Orchard Museum at Sagamore Hill National Historic Site Law Olmsted National Historic Site located at 20 Sagamore Hill Road, Oyster Bay, NY. This is a National Park Service project awarded and administered by USFWS. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE EASTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc., MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 is a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and awarded on December 10, 2009.
