- This synopsis/solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure three (3) Gateway Manager tactical router systems that include following components: the Gateway Manager Desktop, the Gateway Manager Forwarding Engine, the Gateway Manager Time Reference Kit, and the Gateway Manager Audio Interface and Digital Signal Kit on a sole source basis from Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) (San Diego, CA). The NGIS Gateway Manager tactical router system represents the only known Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product that is able to meet the Government ™s capability and compatibility requirements. NGIS is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the requisite items. Responses to this synopsis must be received no later than 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, 04 August 2010.
