- Description
- RECOVERY - This contract modification is being awarded in accordance with the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 This action modifies an existing contract to provide funding to expand the currrent validation study to evaluate measurement properties of the Patient Reported Outcomes of the Common Terminology Criteria of Adverse Events (PRO-CTCAE) to include five (5) NCI Community Cancer Center Program (NCCCP) sites for study accrual. A cost reimbursement contract rather than a fixed-price contract is appropriate for this acquisition because of the absence of precise specifications and difficulties in estimating costs with accuracy. The contract was awarded through competitive acquisition procedures.
