- DA Map Ashland, WI REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Ashland County Office in Ashland, WI, is interested in leasing approximately 3050 contiguous rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield approximately 2904 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 20 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of: North: US Hwy 2, East: Hwy 13/Sum Road, West: Turner Road/Hwy 112, South: Maple Lane/Binsfield Road. Other applicable requirements include: - Preference will be given to first floor space. - Others OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by February 1, 2011. Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing to the address below by 12:00 PM on August 27, 2010 and must include the following information: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
