- Itemized List of Fitness Equipment Request For Quote Statement of Work COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M31V0166A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 2 Aug 2010. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 451110 with a 500 employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote on the attached RFQ sheet for the itemized listing. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, parts, and equipment necessary to install the fitness equipment. The manufacturer is SportsPlay Equipment Inc. Brand name or equal items will be considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote for all or none, which shall be considered. (vi) F1M31V0166A001, Purchase, delivery, and installation of fitness equipment on Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. (See attached statement of work) (vii) Installation of the equipment must begin within 60 calendar days of award and be completed within 90 calendar days of award." Delivery and acceptance instructions FOB destination. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance: 1.Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. 2. Price. The Government will evaluate the total price of the offer for the award purposes. Technical factors, are approximately equal to price.
