Description

***THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY*** The Department of Veterans Affairs facility MVAMC, Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center, intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Institute for Environment Assessment, Inc. for the following requirement: "Project #618-10-133, Asbestos Remediation Phase 2". A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. Contractor shall furnish management, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials, and perform work to include demolition, general construction, alterations, and certain other items as required by project drawings and specifications. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment, which will remain operational during the project duration. NAICS: 562910, Small Business Size Standard: $14.0 Million. Project Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated Contract Completion Time will be 90 calendar days from NTP. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with VAAR 819.7007, Sole Source awards to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns.
