- The United States Government seeks to lease professional office space on the 2nd floor or higher. Top floor space will not be considered. The space offered must consist of approximately 5,637 rentable square feet in Fayetteville, NC. The space should yield a minimum of 5,056 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The Government will require twenty (20) reserved, secured parking spaces. The Government reserves the right to install a rooftop antenna. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Intersection of Country Club Drive and Ramsey Street, south on Ramsey Street to west on Martin Luther King Freeway to west on Morganton Road to south on Broadfoot Avenue to west on Raeford Road South: All American Freeway to south on Owen Drive East: East on US Highway 301 (Interstate 95 Business) to west on State Route 210 / State Route 24 to north on Ramsey Street West: All American Freeway to south on Owen Drive The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully-serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. No subleases will be considered. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
