- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6740010T0204 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The NAICS code is 611699. The Government intends to issue a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Price, Technical Capability, Period of Performance (23 Aug 2010 “ 27 Aug 2010), Technical Proposal. The agency need is for: CLIN 0001: Advanced Combat Trauma Training Course: The Contractor shall provide a Advanced Combat Trauma Training Course for 22 military personnel in accordance with the statement of work in the attachment. Period of Performance (23 August 2010 “ 27 August 2010).
