- Description
- Contractor s provide all supervision, management, labor, materials, supplies, and some equipment to operate a full service cafeteria at the Leo W. O'Brien Federal Building, Albany, NY. Building population is approx 450. Operations include: grill, hot entree, deli, salad bar, full breakfast. Average daily patronage is 150 people. Government receives payment in lieu of rent and one and one-half percent. Government contemplates a 5 year base with two- five year options. Quotations will be considered from all responsible sources. RFQ will be issues electronically via FedBizOps.gov. Interested parties may access the solicitation at www.fedbizops.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. The solicitation and amendments will be available through a secured Internet site. Contractors are requested to provide address, telephone number, business license or other documentation granted by the state or local jurisdiction to conduct business, valid DUNS number, valid IRS tax ID number, and e-mail address.
