- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, DOC intends to solicit & award an acquisition for IED Simulations Equipment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies. Items include various training devices and equipment. Further details will be posted in the solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332995 with a size standard of 500 employees. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This acquisition will be a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 17, 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS. Failure to register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award.
