- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate a competitive contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) for all of the 76 AMXG Reverse Osmosis Water System. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed at Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or a time and materials (T&M) are contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 13 Sept 10 to 12 Sept 11. The proposed option year one period of performance is 13 Sept 11 to 12 Sept 12. The proposed option year two period of performance is 13 Sept 12 to 12 Sept 13. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 23 August 2010. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 30 August 2010. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from https://www.fbo.gov. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and the contractors can register electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this award. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
