- ****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Patluke Ragucci, Contract Specialist. You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AR-A, Bldg 5300, 4th floor, Patluke Ragucci, Contract Specialist, Fax Number 256-313-8066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. AMCOM has a requirement to provide CLS for the Warrior Alpha and Warrior Block 0 UAS in support of on-site sustainment, technical support, training, operational and logistics support necessary for deployment sites in Iraq and Afghanistan along with CONUS training at Dugway proving Grounds, UT and Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The contract vehicle anticipated is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) for a period of 12 months. Justification and Approval (J&A) applies to an Other than Full and Open Competition basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) in Poway, CA. The requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
