Description
NSN: 5940-01-194-8462, Terminal, Stud. Purchase Request Number IQC10222009004. 'Part-Numbered Item'. Approved Source in Purchase Order Text (POT): Deutsch Engineered Connecting (11139): P/N 65022-003.'Critical Application Item. A QCC code of 'DAB'. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. Requested delivery is 64 Days ARO. Solicited on an Other than Full & Open Competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 1023 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 256 EA (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 1534 EA. The minimum delivery order is 256 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 1023 EA. Surge requirements are applicable. Surge plan detailing how schedule and surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 10 September 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
