Description: This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotes, and no other solicitation will be issued. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/ solicitation, to the quoter providing best value to the government. Anticipated award date is 9 September 2010. The estimated delivery date is 15 October 2010. This award will be based upon best value and the contractor's ability to meet the delivery date. This solicitation is for brand name or equal items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS codes 333112 & 333111. The small business size standard is not-to-exceed (NTE) 500 employees. All small business concerns may submit a quotation to be considered by the National Park Service. All quotes shall be submitted by fax to 928.637.7005 or email to KIMBERLEY_D_ROBINSON@nps.gov. If faxed, confirm receipt with Kim by calling 928.638.7437.
