- Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Cyber/Netcentric Directorate intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to AXSYS TECHNOLOGIES IR SYSTEMS IN, CAGE Code: 1HT10, a large business to repair four (4) each; Thermal Imager: NSN: 6350ND024152J; three (3) each LRTI II, and one (1) each LRTI-CCTV, NSN: SAME NSN on all items. Required deliver is 17 October, 2010. Fed Biz Ops Numbered Note 22 applies and is modified to read: 22. The Government intends to make an award by August 2010. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) days of this publication. Those firms interested must indicate whether they are a large, small or disadvantaged business and whether they are a U.S. or foreign owned.
