Description

Fire Plan Wage Decision Maps - 3 Each Solicitation (Return SF-18, acknowledgiing amendeds as applicable, Section B (Schedule of Items) and technical proposal support (Section M) Hay Gulch Fuels Reduction Project. This project is set-aside for those contractors who have a current BLM Fuel Reduction IDIQ contract. The purpose of the Hay Gulch Mowing and Shredding Contract is to alter the behavior of a potential wildfire on a 40 acre BLM parcel directly adjacent to Fort Lewis Mesa Fire Department Station # 5. The project consists of one treatment unit of approximately 30 acres. The project is located approximately 8 miles south-west of Hesperus, CO. The Dolores Public Lands Office is responsible for the project. The proposed treatment under this contract includes mechanical thinning, mowing and shredding of pinyon pine, juniper, gambel oak and mountain shrubs. The solicitation for this project will only be made available thorugh the Federal Business Opportunities website @ www.fbo.gov
