Description
Statement of Work for Arc Flash Analysis This is a combined synopsis/solication for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitiutes the only solication; proposals are being requested. Solication W912PQ-10-T-0080 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquistion Procedures under FAR Part 13. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 2005-43. This acquiition is being solicated as a SB Hub Zone. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with small business size standard of $4.5 miliion. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solication. The 105th Airlift Wing, Newburgh, NY has a need for a Contractor to to provide ALL necessary materials, labor,supervision, equipment, tools and incidentals to label all electrical panels with appropriate labels, identify electrical hazards and PPE equipment required to safely access the panels. Work completed will meet all OSHA and NFPA requirements and bring the 105th AW in accpliance with applicable standards. Training will be provided to Base individuals and a fianl report submitted to the Civil Engineering system. Please see attached solication and Statement of Work for detailed requirements to accommodate this project. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solication to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solication, is mst advantageeous to the Government. The follwoing factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Acceptability (Contractor's proposal meets the required services requested, etc.) Award will be made IAW FAR 13.106. All interested offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before award can be made. To register with CCR, log on to https://www.bpn.gov. If the offeror does not becomr registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Offcer (NLT due date/time of solication), the Contracting Oficer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
