The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years firm. The space should be ready for occupancy and delivered to the Government on or about April 1, 2011. The delineated area for this requirement is bound by: North: - Eastbound side of Route 198 (Sandy Spring Road to Gorman Avenue to Laurel Fort Meade Road); East: Southbound side of Baltimore/Washington Parkway - Interstate 295; South: Westbound side of Route 193 (University Boulevard to Greenbelt Road); West: Northbound side of Route 29 (Colesville Road to Columbia Pike) Other requirements applicable to this requirement include: • Secured loading dock area for a vehicle fleet including an 18-wheel tractor trailor, four (4) box trucks, one twelve (12) passenger van and one (1) SUV. • Fenced Surplus Vehicle Storage Lot approximately 50' X 120' The Government is considering whether to remain in its existing lease space or relocate to alternative space. Submission by other than the owner, manager, or exclusive agent of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space.
