- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/Goddard Space FlightCenter is releasing a Draft Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) No. NNG10331134C for theEstablishment of Centers of Excellence in the Solar-Heliospheric and Solar-Planetarysciences. The primary focus is the establishment of centers of excellence forcollaborative research in Solar-Heliospheric and Solar-Planetary sciences between NASA,and Educational, or Not for Profit Science organizations, and Non-profits with 501 (c)(3) status, other than institutions of higher education.The potential sources are encouraged to submit questions or comments on or beforeSeptember 10, 2010, via email to the point of contact designated below. Additionally,you are further encouraged to submit questions or comments as they arise, in lieu ofsubmitting them on the last day. The schedule for the review and selection of proposalsfor this CAN is as follows: Final CAN Issuance, Fall 2010, Proposals due +60 days, Awardannouncement/Agreement signed, First Quarter CY 2011.
